Make a splash with your next event at Stonybrook Swim Club! Great for Birthday Parties, Sports Teams, Schools, Graduations and more. Celebrate any event under our pavilion or even reserve the entire facility. Events open to members and non-members.

Pre-Season dates are available. In order to reserve a pre-season date, please email phughes@hillsdalenj.org for more information.
For Sports Teams and Schools, the cost of each event depends on the length of the event, the number of people, and whether the event is in season or out of season. A deposit is required.
Birthday parties for members are $200 to reserve the date; birthday parties for non-members are $500 to reserve the date. Non-member guests are an extra fee and there is a maximum number of 30 allowed.
For parties of more than 30 non-member guests, such as reunions or graduations, pricing varies. Please email phughes@hillsdalenj.org for further details.
In season, dates must be reserved in person. We do not accept email or phone reservations. Dates are first come, first serve, and fill-up quickly.
We allow 1-2 parties per day. Parties take place in the pavilion OR utilize 2 tables on the grounds, location at the Director’s discretion.
